Each prospective resident at The Green House at Calvary will undergo an assessment and provide the staff with necessary paperwork as dictated by the State of Georgia.

A fully refundable $500.00 Reservation Fee will hold a particular unit until move in can occur. Upon move in this $500.00 converts to a non-refundable Community Fee.
